John Straka
Managing Director
John Straka founded J S Agriculture Ltd in 1982. He has an agricultural background and previously flew helicopters for the military. With over 30 years of experience, John combines aviation knowledge with land management expertise.
He specialises in airfield operations, habitat management and work within CAA-compliant environments. John remains closely involved in projects and continues to fly helicopters today.
Denise McCabe
General Manager
Denise brings 19 years of experience in the landscaping industry. She has worked with many high-profile clients and has a strong background in commercial landscaping and business operations.
She focuses on improving processes, supporting growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Denise has also held senior roles within large organisations, including Hasmead Plc and the NHS.
James Dorrington
Contracts & Projects Manager
James joined the company as an apprentice and has progressed through the business over time. He now manages contracts and projects, working closely with the wider team to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.
James supports project planning, client communication and day-to-day operations. His role helps ensure projects run smoothly and meet required standards.
Robert Tucker
Agricultural Manager
Robert has worked with J S Agriculture Ltd for over 20 years. He comes from a farming background and studied agriculture at Berkshire College of Agriculture.
He manages large-scale machinery operations, plant and equipment, and supports client projects. Robert has extensive practical experience across arable and livestock farming and remains closely involved in day-to-day site work.
